Tubular Tentacles Flashing Top Hat

Whip your hair back and forth in a frenzy of crazy tubes with this totally tubular tentacles hat! Color LEDs in various strands of the nylon mesh tentacles flash, giving the tentacles the coolest effect as they move around. The soft tentacles can be pulled and stretched and snap back. The plush velour hats come in assorted two-color checkered patterns with matching LED colors. The top hat measures 6.5" high with a 12" brim diameter. One size fits most adults and teens.
